The terms accompanied by a capital letter refer to the following definitions:

The « Company » or « we » refers to AE CONSULTING operating as a simplified joint-stock company, with SIREN number 878748136, and its registered office at 66 Avenue des Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris, France.

The « Site » refers to the internet site(s) accessible from the URL link www.ae-consulting.fr and any potential sub-sites allowing access to a content consultation space, a space reserved for clients, etc., provided by the Company.

« You » refers to individuals affected by the Processing carried out on the Site (users, prospects, clients, etc.).

The « Policy » refers to this privacy policy.

A « Data » corresponds to any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (the « data subject ») directly or indirectly, notably by reference to an identifier (name, identification number, location data, online identifier, etc.) or one or more elements specific to their identity.

A « Processing » corresponds to any operation applied to Data (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, communication by transmission, dissemination, erasure, etc.).

A « Data Controller » is the one who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing, and a « Processor » is the one who processes Data on behalf of the data controller. On the Site, unless otherwise stated, we are the data controller for the Data.

A « Recipient » is the natural or legal person, public authority, service, or any other body that receives communication of personal data, whether or not it is a third party.

The « Regulation » refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (« GDPR »); Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files, and freedoms; the rules applicable to commercial prospecting provided for in the Postal and Electronic Communications Code, and more generally, the laws and regulations applicable to the Data Processing we carry out.

SHOWCASE SITE AND COMMERCIAL PROSPECTING

The Site presents the activities of our Company and various forms (contact, newsletter subscription, etc.). By completing the forms and communicating with us through the Site, you transmit to us the following categories of information:

  • Identity Data: gender, name, first name, and optionally, we may ask for your date of birth to offer birthday deals.
  • Contact and Correspondence Data: email address, postal address (address, postal code, city), phone number; In case of a request to the customer service, the nature of your request and the content of your request.
  • Data from Reviews and Contributions: pseudonym, date of the review, content of the review, product or service concerned, if applicable, profile photo attached to the review; The Company may enrich its Site by collecting and republishing reviews and contributions made by its customers regarding its offers on other sites (especially social networks) when these contributions are freely accessible to the public.
  • Data necessary for the realization of loyalty actions, prospecting, studies, surveys, product testing, and promotion;
  • Data related to the organization and processing of contests, lotteries, and any promotional operation;
  • Data collected through the exercise of the rights established by the Regulation.

In accordance with our legitimate interest, and where necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request or of a contract, we process the aforementioned Data for the following purposes:

  • Presentation of the products and services of the Company;
  • Management, processing, and follow-up of requests and exchanges with the Company, via the Site (if applicable, by offering a chatbot, a call reservation tool, etc.);
  • Management of the relationship with prospects;
  • Management of people’s opinions on the Company’s products, services, or content;
  • Prospecting and/or sending information, managing technical prospecting operations, selecting people to carry out loyalty, prospecting, survey, product testing actions;
  • Organization of contests, lotteries, or any promotional operation on the Site.

The data used for commercial prospecting management purposes are kept for a maximum of three years from the last active contact from the prospect or client, and earlier in case of withdrawal of your consent to receive messages from us. The Data from reviews and contributions are kept for the duration of public access to the review on the Site.

In accordance with our legal obligations, identity, and contact data will also be processed for the following purposes:

  • Updating its prospecting files by the organization in charge of managing the cold calling opposition list, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
  • Managing requests for access, rectification, and opposition, and more generally, the rights described in the Policy.

Retention periods. The personal data we process are kept for the durations presented in the table below.

PROVISION OF DIGITAL CONTENT

The legal basis for the Processing aimed at providing digital content is contractual, and if not provided for in the GTC, it corresponds to our legitimate interest. For this purpose, we may process the following Data:

  • Identity and contact data.
  • Access data to content: Identifier and password, which may be automatically recorded on the Site if you consent via your browser settings, and login information to the access space (IP address, connection time, connection duration, use of any tools available from this dedicated space, etc.).
  • Data related to content: Data on the consultation of modules, time spent on content; Information concerning downloaded and/or listened to audio files.
  • Tracking data: Progress indices, statistics, and progress monitoring; any notes, surveys, and quizzes completed, past evaluations.
  • Publication data: Content of the publication of your contribution (comment, question, publications, reviews, etc.), date, time, response rate, information about the relevant publication space.

The Site from which the content is accessible may have technical devices allowing the tracking of Site usage (user account, IP address, types of applications used, various connection and usage logs for the User’s account, etc.).
